Check in With Yourself
WHAT: As you work your way along your college journey, you may feel the need to put your studies above everything else...including your health and well-being. By the end of this Level you will add at least one strategy to Level Up your personal well-being.
WHY: Although it may seem like reaching your academic goals requires all of your focus, you must keep all dimensions of your health and well-being in balance to be truly successful. This Check in With Yourself survey will tell you which well-being management strategies to investigate further in the Inform Yourself section.
HOW: Respond to each question in the Check in With Yourself survey for this Level.
